SGC Holiday Party!

At the end of the year, the SGC team got together in Old Town Fort Collins to celebrate the holidays, and a year’s worth of hard work! We started the day with breakfast at Snooze, a well-loved Colorado breakfast place, where we exchanged white elephant gifts.

After breakfast, we walked across the street to Pinot's Palette, a local art studio where you can paint your own artwork! We visited during their open paint session, so we were able to pick our own painting and paint on our own. Andrea, Mackenzie, and Josh all picked the same painting, “Frozen Twilight,” while Michael chose to represent his adopted home with his painting, “Colorado Proud.’

Painting at Pinot’s Palette was a good way to celebrate the holidays as well as providing a well-deserved respite from day-to-day rush. SGC has been extremely busy the past few months and we all enjoyed just sitting down to paint, converse, and just enjoy the day. Even better than the relaxation was the paintings we got to go home with! With a variety of artistic backgrounds, no one knew how the paintings would come out but we all walked away with something we were proud of.
